Colorectal cancer (CRC) is among the leading causes of cancer death worldwide, involving multiple dietary and non-dietary risk factors. A growing body of evidence suggests that N-nitroso compounds (NOC) play a pivotal role in the etiology of CRC. NOC are

Galois descent of additive invariants [PDF]
Making use of the recent theory of noncommutative motives, we prove that every additive invariant satisfies Galois descent. Examples include mixed complexes, Hochschild homology, cyclic homology, periodic cyclic homology, negative cyclic homology, connective algebraic K-theory, mod-l algebraic K-theory, nonconnective algebraic K-theory, homotopy K ...

Genuine equivariant factorization homology [PDF]
We construct a genuine $G$-equivariant extension of factorization homology for $G$ a finite group, assigning a genuine $G$-spectrum to a manifold with $G$-action. We show that $G$-factorization homology is compatible with Hill-Hopkins-Ravenel norms and satisfies equivariant $\otimes$-excision.

Rack homology and conjectural Leibniz homology [PDF]
This article presents results being consistent with conjectures of J.-L. Loday about the existence and properties of a Leibniz homology for groups. Introducing L-sets we prove that (pointed) rack homology has properties this conjectural Leibniz homology should satisfy, namely the existence of a coZinbiel coalgebra structure on rack homology and the ...

Knot invariants arising from homological operations on Khovanov homology [PDF]
We construct an algebra of non-trivial homological operations on Khovanov homology with coefficients in $\mathbb Z_2$ generated by two Bockstein operations. We use the unified Khovanov homology theory developed by the first author to lift this algebra to integral Khovanov homology. We conjecture that these two algebras are infinite and present evidence

On the homology cobordism group of homology 3-spheres [PDF]
In this paper we present our results on the homology cobordism group $\Th$ of the oriented integral homology 3-spheres. We specially emphasize the role played in the subject by the gauge theory including Floer homology and invariants by Donaldson and Seiberg -- Witten.

A definition of graph homology and graph K-theory of algebras [PDF]
We introduce and study elementary properties of graph homology of algebras. This new homology theory shares many features of cyclic and Hochschild homology. We also define a graph K-theory together with an analog of Chern character.

Detecting K-theory by cyclic homology [PDF]
We discuss which part of the rationalized algebraic K-theory of a group ring is detected via trace maps to Hochschild homology, cyclic homology, periodic cyclic or negative cyclic homology.

Hochschild and cyclic (co)homology of superadditive categories [PDF]
We define the Hochschild and cyclic (co)homology groups for superadditive categories and show that these (co)homology groups are graded Morita invariants. We also show that the Hochschild and cyclic homology are compatible with the tensor product of superadditive categories.

Homology of posets with functor coefficients and its relation to Khovanov homology of knots [PDF]
We study homology groups of posets with functor coefficients and apply our results to give a novel approach to study Khovanov homology of knots and related homology theories.
