Abstract Establishing forage in loblolly pine (Pinus taeda L.) plantations has the potential to increase grazing acreage for cattle farms in the Mid‐South, but appropriate species selection still requires investigation. The objective was to evaluate forage mass, accumulation, and nutritive value of four perennial forage species, novel‐endophyte tall ...

IL‐22Rα1 restrains pancreatic injury independently of its C‐terminal STAT3‐amplifying domain
IL‐22R, and to a lesser extent IL‐22, are key drivers of protection in acute pancreatitis. Although the C‐terminal domain of IL‐22R enhances STAT3 activation in the pancreas, it is not required for disease protection. Classical IL‐22R signaling alone is sufficient to control inflammation and promote pancreatic recovery.

Combination Pharmacotherapies for Obesity—Current Evidence and Future Directions
Combination pharmacotherapy for obesity can enhance weight loss by targeting complementary neuroendocrine and metabolic pathways. Such benefits are largely additive but limited by tolerability, cost and access. This review outlines practical clinical archetypes and a research agenda for safer, more precise and durable combination strategies across ...

ABSTRACT Consumption of whole wheat flour promotes lead excretion, yet the functional components reducing lead bioavailability and their protective mechanisms remain unclear. To identify these components and to validate whether their mechanism is related to protection of the intestinal barrier, this study established an in vitro model combining ...
