Network Pharmacology‐Based and Experimental Validation Elucidate the Target Mechanism of Vinorine in Ameliorating Secondary Brain Injury After Intracerebral Hemorrhage

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 31, Issue 9, September 2025.
This schematic shows Vinorine inhibits the activation of the CXCR2‐JAK–STAT pathway axis mediated by microglia after intracerebral hemorrhage by targeting the JAK2 protein, thereby reducing the release of metalloproteinases, protecting the blood–brain barrier function, and reducing neuronal apoptosis, indicating that it has a certain effect in ...

The Effects of Protected Areas in Nepal as a Barrier Against Plant Invasions Are Associated With Lower Propagule Pressure and Less Intensive Disturbance

open access: yesDiversity and Distributions, Volume 31, Issue 9, September 2025.
ABSTRACT Aim Protected areas are established to conserve global biodiversity threatened by various factors, including invasive plants. We recorded naturalised alien plants inside and outside of protected areas to test whether they act as a barrier against the spread of alien plants.

Characterization and Phylogenetic Analysis of the Chloroplast Genome of Carissa spinarum L. (Rauvolfioideae, Apocynaceae)

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 15, Issue 8, August 2025.
In this study, we present the first de novo assembled chloroplast genome of Carissa spinarum L. and provide detailed insights into its genomic features. This is the second genome we are characterizing from the genus Carissa L. as before the article on Carissa macrocarpa exists. Furthermore, we reconstructed the phylogenetic relationships of C. spinarum

PENGARUH FITOREMEDIASI TANAMAN LOKAL TERHADAP KADAR TIMBAL (Pb) TANAH DI LAHAN PENIMBUNAN LIMBAH PERTAMBANGAN EMAS PT. ANTAM

open access: yesJTSL (Jurnal Tanah dan Sumberdaya Lahan), 2023
Gold mining is closely related to land degradation caused by heavy metals such as lead (Pb), which are non-degradable, non-essential, and immobile. This study aims to compare soil lead levels before and after phytoremediation using local plants.
