Laryngotracheal autograft: An alternate food conduit
The American Journal of Surgery, 1981Abstract A laryngeal autograft was performed using a mucosal flap fashioned from the tracheoesophageal party wall. The procedure was successful in one patient after resection for postcricoid carcinoma of the cervical esophagus. The technique and the advantages in selected cases are discussed.
