Detection of Avian Leucosis Virus Subgroup J in Poultry Tissue Samples and Their Molecular Characterization [PDF]
This study was carried out to diagnose and characterize avian leucosis virus subgroup J (ALV-J) specific sequence isolated from poultry organs with myelocytic infiltration. Archived tissues with and without myelocytic infiltration were examined by PCR

Degradable Polyphosphoester (PPE) gradient copolymers (GCPs) are synthesized via one‐pot copolymerization. We show that GCPs self‐assemble into nanostructures like polymersomes, effectively mimicking the behavior of traditional BCPs. The gradient strength is key, with softer gradients favoring micelles.

Development and application of SYBR Green I real-time PCR assay for the separate detection of subgroup J Avian leukosis virus and multiplex detection of avian leukosis virus subgroups A and B [PDF]
BACKGROUND: Subgroup A, B, and J ALVs are the most prevalent avian leukosis virus (ALV). Our study attempted to develop two SYBR Green I-based real-time PCR (RT-PCR) assays for specific detection of ALV subgroup J (ALV-J) and multiplex detection of ALV ...

Magnetic doping of the topological insulator Bi2Te3 with erbium adatoms induces out‐of‐plane magnetism and breaks time‐reversal symmetry, opening a Dirac gap and driving a Fermi surface transition from hexagonal to star‐of‐David geometry. Microscopy, spectroscopy, and magnetic dichroism reveal atomically controlled magnetic interactions that tailor the

Avian Adenoviruses Infections with Special Attention to Inclusion Body Hepatitis/ Hydropericardium Syndrome and Egg Drop Syndrome [PDF]
The first avian adenovirus (AAV) associated with clinical disease was isolated from an outbreak of respiratory disease in quail in 1950 (Olson, 1950). Since that time, AAVs have been found in all types and breeds of chickens and from a variety of other ...

In the work reported herein, the catalytic effects of acid sites on electrocatalytic glycerol oxidation reaction are investigated by using a novel catalytic material system that integrates Pt metal sites with acidic Al sites. Abstract The catalytic role and function of acid sites in solid acid catalysts, such as zeolites, are well understood in the ...
