Longer Asthma Duration Is Associated With Elevated Non‐T2 Sputum Biomarkers and Reduced T2 Inflammation in Severe Asthma
Allergy, EarlyView.Longer asthma duration is associated with increased airway non‐T2 inflammation and reduced airway and systemic T2 inflammation. Sputum CXCL9 is independently associated with duration and may predict a reduced poor response to anti‐IL‐4Rα therapy. Airway sampling and combined T2 and non‐T2 targeted strategies may be needed in long‐standing asthma. CXCL9,Freda Yang, Sujin Seo, Takehiro Hasegawa, Chloe I. Entomologia Experimentalis et Applicata, EarlyView. This study identifies melon genotypes resistant to Bemisia tabaci by integrating morphological and biochemical leaf traits. Using free‐choice and no‐choice assays, we demonstrate that resistance is primarily mediated by antixenosis. The FEBS Journal, EarlyView. We investigated the potential of iloperidone as an activator of Sigma‐1 receptor (S1R) neuroprotective function in juvenile Huntington's disease (jHD). We tested iloperidone on cortical neurons differentiated from patient‐derived iPSCs, demonstrating that it acts as a S1R agonist, decreasing apoptosis, huntingtin aggregation, and oxidative stress ...Ersilia Fornetti, Gaia Galluzzi, Mario Frezzini, Cécile Exertier, Vittorio Brufani, Gianni Colotti, Giancarlo Ruocco, Jessica Rosati, Angelo Luigi Vescovi, Daniele Narzi, Ilaria Genovese, Andrea Ilari +11 morewiley +1 more sourceIL‐33/ST2 Signaling Sustains Hepato‐Intestinal Homeostasis by Orchestrating Vascular Surveillance and Immune Regulatory Circuits During Experimental Trypanosoma cruzi Infection
