Lithium Dimethyl(amido)zinc Complexes:  Contrasting Zincate (Amido = TMP) and Inverse Zincate (Amido = HMDS) Structures on Addition of TMEDA

Organometallics, 2006
Introducing TMEDA to the lithium dimethyl(amido)zincates “LiZn(NR2)Me2” leads to a discrete ion-contacted zincate with TMEDA bound to lithium in the case of NR2 = TMP but to a novel “inverse zincate” with TMEDA bound to zinc in the case of NR2 = HMDS, where unexpectedly Me2Zn(TMEDA) functions as a η1,μ ligand to dimeric (LiHMDS)2 molecules to afford a ...

Synthesis and Reactivity Studies of Amido-Substituted Germanium(I)/Tin(I) Dimers and Clusters.

Chemistry, 2018
Three amide ligands of varying steric bulk and electronic properties were utilized to prepare a series of amido-germanium(II)/tin(II) halide compounds, (LEX)n , (L= -N{B(DipNCH)2 }(SiMe3 ), TBo L; -N{B(DipNCH)2 }(SiPh3 ), PhBo L; -N(Dip)(tBu), DBu L; Dip=

N-Porphyrinylamino and -amido Compounds by Addition of an Amino or Amido Nitrogen to a Porphyrin Meso Position

Inorganic Chemistry, 2000
This report describes the synthesis and characterization of a series of octaethylporphyrin derivatives in which the porphyrin pi-network is connected to phenyl, 3-fluoranthenyl, or 1-pyrenyl aromatic systems through a meso amino or amido nitrogen. Metal-free bases and zinc(II) and iron(III) complexes have been obtained.

Iridium-Catalyzed Highly Regioselective Azide-Ynamide Cycloaddition to Access 5-Amido Fully Substituted 1,2,3-Triazoles under Mild, Air, Aqueous, and Bioorthogonal Conditions.

Organic Letters, 2017
A highly regioselective method to access 5-amido fully substituted 1,2,3-triazoles by iridium-catalyzed azide-ynamide cycloaddition under mild, air, aqueous, and bioorthogonal conditions is reported.

Lanthanon(III) Amido Complexes [PDF]

open access: possibleSynthesis and Reactivity in Inorganic and Metal-Organic Chemistry, 1981
Abstract Ln(NHCOR)3 (I) and Ln(SCNHCH3)3 (II) are prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, electronic and infrared spectra (Ln = La, Pr, Nd, Sm; R = CH3, C6H5, C5H4N). The bonding of matal to amide is through nitrogen in I while it is through sulphur in II.

Efficient Reduction of Carbon Dioxide to Methanol Equivalents Catalyzed by Two-Coordinate Amido-Germanium(II) and -Tin(II) Hydride Complexes

, 2017
The bulky amido–germanium(II) and −tin(II) hydride complexes, L†EH [E = Ge or Sn; L† = -N(Ar†) (SiPri3); Ar† = C6H2Pri{C(H)Ph2}2-4,2,6], which are two-coordinate in solution, are shown to be efficient and highly selective “single-site” catalysts for the ...

BF3-Etherate-Promoted Cascade Reaction of 2-Alkynylanilines with Nitriles: One-Pot Assembly of 4-Amido-Cinnolines.

Organic Letters, 2016
A BF3-etherate-promoted cascade reaction of nitriles with 2-alkynylanilines is described. This method achieves the formation of two new C-N bonds through a reaction sequence of diazotization with t-BuONO, nucleophilic addition of the alkyne to the BF3 ...

Iron-Catalyzed Dehydrogenative [4 + 2] Cycloaddition of Tertiary Anilines and Enamides for the Synthesis of Tetrahydroquinolines with Amido-Substituted Quaternary Carbon Centers

, 2016
An iron-catalyzed dehydrogenative [4 + 2] cycloaddition reaction of tertiary anilines and enamides for the synthesis of tetrahydroquinolines with amido-substituted quaternary carbon centers has been developed. The reaction proceeds through iron-catalyzed
