Mesoblends consist of a nanostructured polymer into which a second polymer is imbibed with a selective solvent. In this work, a solvent‐templatable pentablock terpolymer possessing a sulfonated midblock is modified with a hydrophilic polymer that is photocrosslinked in situ, yielding a hierarchical binetwork.

Effect of proteins on periplasmic ampicillin concentration.
Scatter plots of per-cell average concentrations of AmpC, OmpF, PBP1A, PBP1B, and AcrAB-TolC against average periplasmic ampicillin concentration. Spearman r coefficients and Bonferroni-adjusted p-values in upper-right corners.

Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.

Degradation Pathways of Ampicillin in Alkaline Solutions
Ampicillin trihydrate, sodium salt, in aqueous solution has a pH of about 8. No complete degradation pathway has been proposed to explain the degradation of ampicillin under alkaline conditions and the information available explains the formation of only

This study investigates the M13 bacteriophage as a biomimetic nanovector capable of crossing in vitro models of the blood–brain barrier. By exploiting peculiar transcellular pathways, M13 avoids lysosomal degradation and preserves its structural integrity and functionality.

Bacteria‐Responsive Nanostructured Drug Delivery Systems for Targeted Antimicrobial Therapy
Bacteria‐responsive nanocarriers are designed to release antimicrobials only in the presence of infection‐specific cues. This selective activation ensures drug release precisely at the site of infection, avoiding premature or indiscriminate release, and enhancing efficacy.

Selection of Ampicillin Resistant Bacteria v1
Ampicillin is a β-lactam antibiotic routinely used in bacterial selection procedures to select for bacteria (usually E. coli) that have been transformed with an ampicillin resistance plasmid (pUC19, others).
