, 2007 아미그달린(amygdalin)은 시안배당체(cyanogenic glycoside comp -ound) 물질로 보통 과일의 씨앗이나 견과류 그리고 몇몇 식물에 존재한다. Emulsin에 의해 benzaldehyde, cyanide, 그리고 두 분자의 포도당으로 분해되는데, 여기서 cyanide는 신경독성 물질로 메스꺼움, 구토, 두통, cyanosis의 원인이 되며 심하면 죽음에 이르게 되므로 위험하다.
