Investigations on the fibers of pineapple [Ananas comosus (L). Merr.] leaves

Abstract Hemicelluloses were isolated from pineapple-leaf fibers under different conditions. Study of the properties of these hemicelluloses gave direct evidence of some ester linkages between the hemicellulose and the lignin in this fiber. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของวิธีการหมักและชนิดของแบคทีเรียแลกติกต่อสมบัติทางกายภาพ เคมีของไวน์สับปะรดพันธุ์ปัตตาเวีย โดยเปรียบเทียบวิธีการหมักน้ำสับปะรดแบบสองขั้นตอน (2F) และแบบขั้นตอนเดียว (1F) ในการหมักแบบ 2F ทำโดยหมักน้ำสับปะรดสดครบส่วนที่หมักด้วยออโตโคนัสยีสต์ Hanseniaspora psuedoguilliermondii และ Saccharomycodes ludwigii ที่แยกได้
