CPT: Pharmacometrics &Systems Pharmacology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Selpercatinib is a first‐in‐class, highly selective, RET kinase inhibitor with CNS activity, approved for the treatment of RET‐altered lung, thyroid, and other cancers. We report pharmacokinetic analyses to identify factors affecting selpercatinib steady‐state exposure and support posology in pediatric patients.

Surface Localized Coacervation Controlled by Bioactive Nanoarchitectonic Polyelectrolyte Multilayers
Small, EarlyView.Using enzymatically active nanoarchitectured polyelectrolyte multilayers (PEMs), localized liquid–liquid phase separation can be directed from a so‐modified surface. In the presence of urea, PEM‐containing urease layers generate a pH gradient near the surface resulting in the self‐coacervation of a model peptide‐based coacervator.
