Hemophilia A: An Ideal Disease for Prenatal Therapy
ABSTRACT Hemophilia A (HA) is the most common inherited coagulation defect. Current state‐of‐the‐art treatment consists of frequent administration of prophylactic infusions of coagulation factor VIII (FVIII) protein or bispecific antibodies that replace the cofactor function of FVIIIa to maintain hemostasis. However, these treatments are far from ideal,

[Study of interactions between anti-retroviral agents and concomitant drugs].
Clinical efficacy of antiretroviral treatment requires drugs to maintain a plasma concentration over MIC90. One of the facts that can prevent drugs from reaching and maintaining required concentrations are pharmacological drug interactions. The aim of this study is to identify the main interactions between antiretroviral medicines and concomitant ...

Divalent metal transporter 1 (Dmt1) maintains iron homeostasis and lysosomal proteostasis required for physiological Notch receptor–ligand signaling. Dmt1 loss lowers iron storage capacity (ferritin), increasing intracellular Fe2+, driving ROS and lipid peroxidation, and leading to lysosomal/mitochondrial dysfunction.

Abstract figure legend A study described in this paper describes a new tool for hiPSC‐CM electromechanical behaviour simulations using mathematical modelling. The model enables in silico assays making drug testing quick, comprehensive and accurate. New hiPSC‐CM models can be used as a platform to integrate in vitro and in silico findings.

A Combined Recombinant Retroviral-Based Therapy for Colon Cancer in the Murine Model Using Anti-Tumorigenic and Anti-Angiogenic Agents [PDF]
Anti-tumorigenic gene therapy offers many benefits over than conventional therapy i.e., chemotherapy or radiotherapy including less toxic side effects, rapid delivery and more sensitive compared to target-based drugs.

Anti-Sharing may solve the sharing problem of teams: the team members promise a fixed payment to the Anti-Sharer. He collects the actual output and pays out its value to them. We prove that the internal Anti- Sharer is unproductive in equilibrium.
