Anti-VEGF Therapy in Myopic CNV
In this narrative-review, we report the most recent data from the literature of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor treatment for myopic choroidal neovascularization (mCNV). Myopic CNV is the most frequent sight-threatening complication of pathologic myopia.

Sustained intraocular VEGF neutralization results in retinal neurodegeneration in the Ins2Akita diabetic mouse [PDF]
Current therapies that target vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) have become a mainstream therapy for the management of diabetic macular oedema. The treatment involves monthly repeated intravitreal injections of VEGF inhibitors.

Tumor angiogenesis and anti-angiogenic therapy in malignant gliomas revisited [PDF]
The cellular and molecular mechanisms of tumor angiogenesis and its prospects for anti-angiogenic cancer therapy are major issues in almost all current concepts of both cancer biology and targeted cancer therapy. Currently, (1) sprouting angiogenesis, (2)
