A novel RBC indicator, ESI, is better than the traditional RBC indicators and is associated with CHF prevalence and in‐hospital death. RBC membrane lipidomics, Cer 18:0;O2/16:0, and LPE 18:0, are associated with plasma volume overload and MACE in CHF patients, but these plasma lipids could not.

A Multi‐Property Optimizing Generative Adversarial Network for de novo Antimicrobial Peptide Design
A Multi‐Property Optimizing Generative Adversarial Network (MPOGAN) is proposed to iteratively learn the relationship between peptides and multiple properties using a dynamically dataset. As the quality of the dataset improves, MPOGAN's ability to design antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) with multiple desired properties is enhanced.

This study uncovers a novel mechanism and therapeutic targets in obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome (OAPS). Antiphospholipid antibody/ß2‐glycoprotein I complex boosts CCL2 and TNF‐α expression in decidual macrophages via TLR4‐NF‐κB. CCL2 accumulates on endothelial surfaces via ACKR1, recruiting monocyte‐derived CCR2+ macrophages, driving inflammation,

This chapter aims to summarize the most relevant aspects of anticoagulants. Initially, a brief review of the physiology is given in order to understand at which step of coagulation each anticoagulant acts. Later, the main indications and contraindications will be discussed, as well as the considerations that should be taken into account before starting
