Summary Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) presents a complex biological and clinical landscape, strongly influenced by the tumour microenvironment (TME). To better capture this heterogeneity, we have developed patient‐derived lymphoma spheroids from CLL samples (CLL‐PDLS), which recapitulate the cross‐talk between malignant cells and the autologous ...

Graphical overview of the network meta‐analysis (NMA) evaluating chemo‐free approaches for relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma (R/R FL). Epcoritamab plus rituximab (R2) achieved the highest cumulative ranking probability (SUCRA) across efficacy end‐points but increases the risk of predictable toxicity over anti‐CD20 monotherapy.

In this real‐world cohort of 231 patients receiving chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T‐cell therapy, hepatotoxicity occurred in 58% of patients, predominantly as transient transaminase elevations, and was not associated with impaired 12‐month overall survival (adjusted hazard ratio [HR] 1.18, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.71–1.94).

Summary Targeting the colony‐stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R) to remove tumour‐associated macrophages is being explored as cancer therapy. This strategy may be relevant for chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), which strongly depends on support from myeloid cells.
