Clonal Evolution and Lineage Switch from T‐Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia to Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Therapy‐Resistant PICALM::MLLT10 Leukemia

open access: yeseJHaem, Volume 7, Issue 1, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Background PICALM::MLLT10‐positive T‐ALL is rare and associated with poor prognosis. Lineage switch to AML is exceptionally uncommon, particularly after long‐term remission. Case Presentation We report an adolescent PICALM::MLLT10‐positive T‐ALL with a cortical thymocyte, non‐ETP phenotype.

Robotic Resection of Parapharyngeal Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma With Castleman Disease

open access: yesThe Laryngoscope, Volume 136, Issue 2, Page 798-802, February 2026.
Parapharyngeal follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is rare and may occur with Castleman disease. We describe the successful transoral robotic resection of a parapharyngeal FDCS associated with Castleman disease, highlighting the role of the robotic approach in achieving tissue diagnosis and definitive treatment.

Aging of the Hematopoietic System: Mechanisms, Consequences, and Systemic Interactions

open access: yesAging Cell, Volume 25, Issue 2, February 2026.
Hematopoietic aging arises from intrinsic stem‐cell decline and bone‐marrow niche dysfunction, leading to myeloid skewing, immunosenescence, and clonal hematopoiesis. These changes drive systemic inflammation and multi‐organ disease, which in turn further disrupt the bone‐marrow niche and hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) function, creating a vicious cycle

Lycium barbarum polysaccharides enhance testicular spermatogenesis in d‐galactose‐induced aging rats via calcium signaling

open access: yesAndrology, Volume 14, Issue 2, Page 496-515, February 2026.
Abstract Background Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) has long been recognized as having a wide range of beneficial properties for improving proliferation. However, the protective effects and specific mechanisms of d‐galactose‐induced testicular dysfunction in reproductively senescent rats are not fully understood.
