Overcoming platinum resistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) is critical for improving outcomes. This study identifies lncRNA CATED, elevated in platinum‐resistant small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) and tumors, which drives cisplatin resistance by enhancing DHX36 SUMOylation, boosting RAP1A translation, and activating MAPK signaling ...

Several processes are reported that enable the rapid diversification of bridged nucleoside analogues (NAs) starting from a common and readily prepared fluorohydrin. Also, several clinically relevant bridged nucleosides are now prepared in as few as three synthetic steps, creating new opportunities for examining structure‐activity relationships within ...

This study identifies STAU2 as an oncogenic RNA‐binding protein (RBP) with elevated expression in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where its high levels are significantly correlated with metastatic progression. It elucidates that STAU2 directly binds and regulates PALLD, while mediating the functional role of IQGAP1, thereby driving metastasis ...

Bispecific DNA‐Peptide Probes for Targeting Receptor Pairs on Live Cells
DNA duplex‐programmed presentation of two different (cyclo)peptides provides bispecific agents that recognize unique fingerprints of cells through improved avidity and specificity. Bispecific DNA‐cyclopeptide complexes enabled a cell‐specific targeting and internalization of cytotoxic payload.

The limited understanding of IGFR pathway activation hinders its clinical application in HCC. Here, IGFRIL is identified as a novel non‐coding activator of the IGF1R, which recruits PTBP1 to destabilize IGFBP3 mRNA and activates IGF1R, and proposes IGFRIL as a novel actionable target for HCC patients.
