Efficacy and Safety of PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitors Combined With Anti-Angiogenic Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors for Recurrent or Metastatic Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma: A Systematic Review and Single-Arm Meta-Analysis. [PDF]
This single‐arm meta‐analysis (9 studies, 357 patients) shows that PD‐1/PD‐L1 inhibitors plus anti‐angiogenic TKIs yield an ORR of 48% and DCR of 83% in recurrent/metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Median PFS is 9.95 months. ICI‐naive patients benefit more (ORR 60.9% vs. 36.1%, p = 0.0028).

Low-Dose Antiangiogenic Therapy With Different Chemotherapy Backbones Among Patients With Heavily Pretreated Metastatic Breast Cancer. [PDF]
Antiangiogenic‐based regimens demonstrated superior efficacy compared to chemotherapy alone in heavily pretreated MBC patients, with manageable AEs. ABSTRACT Background The prognosis for metastatic breast cancer (MBC) remains poor, and treatment options are limited for patients with heavily pretreated disease. Although antiangiogenic agents may provide

Perioperative Camrelizumab and Apatinib for High‐Risk Resectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Phase II Study [PDF]
In this study, perioperative camrelizumab plus apatinib demonstrated promising efficacy and safety in resectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients at high risk of recurrence, achieving a major pathological response of 46.2%. The median disease‐free survival and progression‐free survival were 24.1 months and 18.3 months, respectively.
