Betulin and betulinic acid exhibit anticancer properties through mechanisms including the induction of autophagy, promotion of apoptosis, and anti‐inflammatory effects. These compounds enhance autophagy, facilitating cellular degradation and recycling processes, while selectively inducing apoptosis in cancer cells.

Abstract Enfortumab vedotin (EV), a nectin‐4‐binding agent that affects microtubules, has become standard therapy for advanced urothelial carcinoma.
