Equity and cash in intercorporate asset sales : theory and evidence [PDF]

open access: yes
the authors develop a two-sided asymmetric information model of asset sales that incorporates the key differences from mergers and allows the information held by each party to be impounded in the transaction. Buyer information is conveyed through a first-

Application of bus emulation techniques to the design of a PCI/MC68000 bridge [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
Bridges easy the interconnection and communication of devices that operate using different buses. In fact, we can see a computer as a hierarchy of buses to which devices are connected.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Competence, specificity and outsourcing: impact on the complexity of the contract [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper focuses on the link between the three types of specificity and the complexity of outsourcing contracts because specificity is generally considered as the most important transaction cost attribute. It also integrates external uncertainty in the

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

RECURSIVE METHOD OF FORMING AN OPTIMAL SET OF TASKS ACCORDING TO THE CRITERION OF MAXIMIZING EARNINGS

open access: yesСучасні інформаційні системи
The work is devoted to the problem of a person's search in the current difficult times, when there is no work at all, or insufficient wages for normal living, the possibility of additional earnings.

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...
