Single‐cell profiling across bone marrow, spleen, mesenteric lymph, and blood in rhesus monkeys reveals organ Immunosenescence. GZMB rises with age, particularly in cytotoxic and terminally exhausted CD8+ T cells, and BHLHE40 emerges as a key transcription factor enriched across multiple CD8+ subsets, regulating pro‐inflammatory and exhaustion‐related ...

The Microbiota Shapes Central Nervous System Myelination in Early Life
Gut microbiota shapes brain development by regulating myelination and glial cell maturation in early life. Using germ‐free (GF) mice and zebrafish, this study reveals sex‐ and age‐dependent effects on myelin growth, integrity, and related gene expression.

Transformation and Summation Formulas for Exton's Functions K11, K14 And K15
The aim of the present paper is to establish some transformation formulas for Exton's quadruple hypergeometric functions K11, K14 and K15. Several summation formulas for K11, K14 and K15 are also derived as an applications of our main results with the ...

Hadamard k-fractional inequalities of Fejér type for GA-s-convex mappings and applications
The main aim of this paper is to establish some Fejér-type inequalities involving hypergeometric functions in terms of GA-s-convexity. For this purpose, we construct a Hadamard k-fractional identity related to geometrically symmetric mappings.

Connexin43 Deficiency Leads to Ventricular Arrhythmias by Reprogramming Proline Metabolism
The study demonstrated that connexin43 (Cx43) knockout caused arrhythmic phenotype and decreased proline content in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, Cx43 interacts with the amino acid transporter SNAT2 (sodium‐dependent neutral amino acid transporter), and its deficiency disrupts proline transport and metabolism.

Derivatives of continued fractions with applications to hypergeometric functions
The purpose of the present paper is to illustrate the method on regular C-fraction expansions for certain hypergeometric functions. The emphasis is on developing the formulas needed. Numerical examples are indicated in some special cases.

ABSTRACT Precise transgene‐free gene upregulation remains a challenge in crop biotechnology, as conventional enhancers often exceed CRISPR‐mediated knock‐in size constraints and face regulatory hurdles. Here we establish a foundational cross‐species resource of compact transcriptional enhancers developed via STEM‐seq, a high‐throughput screening ...

General integral formulas involving Hubert hypergeometric functions of two variables [PDF]
In this paper, we have established two general integral formulas involving Humbert hypergeometric functions of two variables ψ2 and 2. The results are obtained with the help of a generalization of classical Kummer's summation theorem on the sum of the ...

Applications of Volterra's theory of composition to hypergeometric functions
The main results of this thesis are the generalizations of previous known results given by Hadamard (6), and Thielman (12) on integral addition theorems of Bessel functions, namely Theorems 5.8 and 5.9. Also an integral addition theorem, Theorem 5.10, for Laguerre polynomials is obtained; The methods used are based on the isomorphism which exists ...

Machine Learning for Green Solvents: Assessment, Selection and Substitution
Environmental regulations have intensified demand for green solvents, but discovery is limited by Solvent Selection Guides (SSGs) that quantify solvent sustainability. Training a machine learning model on GlaxoSmithKline SSG, a database of sustainability metrics for 10,189 solvents, GreenSolventDB is developed. Integrated with Hansen solubility metrics,
