We integrated short‐read and long‐read RNA‐seq data from cochlear tissues of echolocating and non‐echolocating bats to disentangle transcriptional and post‐transcriptional regulation. LAMC2+ Epithelial Cells Drive Bladder Cancer Progression and Predict Immunotherapy Response via SERPINB3/STAT3/CD44 Axis

This study identified LAMC2+ epithelial cells through single‐cell sequencing and found that high expression of LAMC2 is associated with the malignant progression of bladder cancer. HdWGCNA and transcriptome sequencing revealed the SerpinB3/STAT3/CD44 axis. Diosmetin was selected as a potential LAMC2 inhibitor.

Abstract Inside–outside classification is widely used for geometry processing tasks such as surface reconstruction, geometry completion, and calculating signed distance fields. We introduce a new integral formulation of this problem, which assigns confidence scores that points are inside or outside, given incomplete boundary geometry.

Single‐Cell and Spatial Analysis Reveal the Differences Between Left‐Sided and Right‐Sided Colorectal Cancer

Single‐cell and spatial analysis revealed distinct CRC microenvironments by tumour laterality. Right‐sided tumours showed enhanced germinal centre B cells, CXCL13+ T cells, and organized TLS‐immune crosstalk via CCL19/21‐CCR7, suggesting better immunotherapy response.
