Nanocardboard as a nanoscale analog of hollow sandwich plates
Sandwich structures such as corrugated cardboard offer low weight and high bending stiffness, but they are difficult to produce at the nanoscale. Here, the authors combine webbing and perforation to produce alumina ‘nanocardboard’ with ultralow areal ...

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

SDRE APPLIED TO POSITION AND VIBRATION CONTROL OF A ROBOT MANIPULATOR WITH A FLEXIBLE LINK
This paper presents position and vibration control of a flexible robot composed of two rigid and one flexible links. Position is controlled by the current applied to the DC motor armature.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Interpolation of final geometry and result fields in process parameter space
Different routes to produce a product in a bulk forming process can be described by a limited set of process parameters. The parameters determine the final geometry as well as the distribution of state variables in the final shape.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.
