CDA—Clinical Document Architecture

open access: yes, 2016
CDA (clinical document architecture) is the most widely adopted implementation of HL7 v3. It is used for exchanging information in the form of documents. CDA has three levels: level 1 is a single human-readable document, level 2 can include multiple documents and level 3 can include structured information.

Documenting Software Architecture: Documenting Behavior [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
Abstract : This report represents another milestone of a work in progress: a comprehensive handbook on how to produce high-quality documentation for software architectures. The handbook, tentatively titled Documenting Software Architectures, will be published in early 2002 by Addison-Wesley as part of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Series on ...

Applicability of mitotic figure counting by deep learning: a development and pan‐cancer validation study

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
In this study, we developed a deep learning method for mitotic figure counting in H&E‐stained whole‐slide images and evaluated its prognostic impact in 13 external validation cohorts from seven different cancer types. Patients with more mitotic figures per mm2 had significantly worse patient outcome in all the studied cancer types except colorectal ...

Geospatial Analysis for Decoding Architectural Configuration of Ruins of a Coastal Fort: The Case of Fort Vijaydurg, Konkan, India [PDF]

open access: yesThe International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences
Documentation and architectural interpretation of ruins of historic buildings is a complex process. Architectural interpretation based on inadequate documentation can result in an undervalued understanding of historic significance and, consequently ...

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Digital Documentation and Analysis of Palladian Microarchitectures: From 3D Models to Knowledge-Based Information Systems

open access: yesHeritage
Chimneypieces, washbasins, well heads, and sinks by Andrea Palladio represent refined design works following architectural systems on a reduced scale, even if systematic documentation and analysis of them is still limited.

Architectural styles for active documents

open access: yesScience of Computer Programming, 2005
AbstractThis paper proposes several novel architectural styles for active documents. Active documents are documents that contain not only data, but also servlets, applets, expressions in spreadsheet languages, and other forms of software. To grasp the different forms of architectures, several novel concepts are defined. Invasive document composition is

Super‐Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE) in a Patient With Compound Heterozygous OPA1 Variants: Case Report and Literature Review

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Super‐Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE) is a rare, life‐threatening neurological emergency with unclear etiology in many cases. Mitochondrial dysfunction, often due to disease‐causing genetic variants, is increasingly recognized as a cause, with each gene producing distinct pathophysiological mechanisms.
