ML Workflows for Screening Degradation‐Relevant Properties of Forever Chemicals
The environmental persistence of per‐ and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) necessitates efficient remediation strategies. This study presents physics‐informed machine learning workflows that accurately predict critical degradation properties, including bond dissociation energies and polarizability.

[Post-traumatic ARDS--a potential indication for lung transplantation?] [PDF]
Posttraumatic adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) still involves significant mortality, despite progress in management concepts. Current therapeutic strategies are briefly described, including kinetic therapy, high-frequency jet ventilation and ...

Principles and Management of ARDS [PDF]
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) was described for the first time more than 40 years ago. Since then, several progresses have been made in its definition, management, and in the understanding of the underlying pathophysiology. Despite ARDS is a

This study identifies RNA‐binding protein RBM25 as a broad‐spectrum antiviral factor acting independently of type I interferon. It blocks viral entry by suppressing GTPase Rab22a via the RC3H1‐mediated destabilization of Rab22a mRNA. Viral downregulation of RBM25 enhances GTPase Rab22a expression and viral entry, revealing an unreported post ...

Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) infection induces severe intestinal inflammation and acute diarrhea in piglets, yet the molecular mechanism remains incompletely understood. The M protein activates NLRP3 inflammasome through dual mechanisms: direct binding to the NLRP3 LRR domain and disruption of TRIM31‐mediated K48‐linked ubiquitination.
