Anterior dislocation of a total knee arthroplasty in a patient with postoperative delirium: a case report

We report a rare case of traumatic anterior dislocation in a patient with postoperative delirium following total knee arthroplasty. The patient was successfully treated by open reduction of the dislocation and polyethylene liner change.
