Chemical Components and Tyrosinase Inhibitors from the Twigs of Artocarpus heterophyllus
Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2009An HPLC method was developed and validated to compare the chemical profiles and tyrosinase inhibitors in the woods, twigs, roots, and leaves of Artocarpus heterophyllus . Five active tyrosinase inhibitors including dihydromorin, steppogenin, norartocarpetin, artocarpanone, and artocarpesin were used as marker compounds in this HPLC method.

Prenylflavonoids of Artocarpus heterophyllus
Phytochemistry, 1995Abstract Six prenylflavonoids, including two new compounds, have been isolated from the root bark of Artocarpus heterophyllus . The new prenylflavones have been characterized as 8-(γ,γ-dimethylallyl)-5,4′-dihydroxy-7,2′-dimethoxyflavone and 3,3′-di-(γ,γ-dimethylallyl)-5,7,2′,5′-tetrahydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone, respectively.
