Um außergewöhnlich wirksame Wirkstoffe zu entwickeln, ist es erforderlich, über die Bindungsstelle hinaus zu denken. Diese Arbeit zeigt, dass die auf den ersten Blick kontraintuitive Adressierung einer konservierten Region der Kinase zu einer hochselektiven Bindung führen kann.
