Microbiota–Neuroinflammation Crosstalk in Primary Brain Tumors: Focus on Glioblastoma
Microbiota–neuroinflammation crosstalk in GBM. The schematic summarizes how gut microbiota and microbiota‐derived signals may influence GBM biology through gut–brain signaling, microbial metabolites, systemic immune modulation, BBB‐related pathways, tumor‐associated microbial signals, and immune‐metabolic changes within the GBM microenvironment.

ABSTRACT The role of microbes in cancer is gaining attention these days, especially in the context of tumor‐associated biofilms and dysbiotic microbiota. Biofilm‐producing microorganisms, such as Fusobacterium nucleatum and Helicobacter pylori, trigger oncogenic inflammation and immune evasion in tumor initiation and progression, and in the development

The Postprandial Chronobiome in Interorgan Glucose Homeostasis
The postprandial chronobiome framework proposes that meal‐timed oscillations in microbial communities and metabolites may interact with host tissue clocks to shape glucose handling. The liver is the best‐supported temporal interpreter, while phase‐aware human studies are needed to establish causal interorgan effects.
