INFORMATION TELECOMMUNICATIONS OF PUSHCHINO RADIO ASTRONOMY OBSERVATORY, ASTRO SPACE CENTER OF LEBEDEV PHYSICAL INSTITUTE

open access: yesOdessa Astronomical Publications, 2013
Buffer data center was created in the territory of the Pushchino Radio Astronomy Observatory three years ago. The necessity of its creation was caused by the high requirements to the speed and quality of the transmission large amounts of scientific and ...

ITGB1 Regulates Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Development by Modulating the Tumor Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Tumorigenesis and metastasis are frequently attributed to the intricate interplay between cancer cells and the tumor microenvironment (TME). Comprehending the mechanisms and key regulators of cancer‐immune crosstalk in the TME is imperative for developing efficacious immunotherapy.

Material‐Induced Nuclear Deformation Controls Chromatin Architecture in Adipose Stem Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tuning cell and cytoskeleton mechanics modulated nuclear shape and heterochromatin organization in ASCs. Distinct cytoskeletal architectures induced nuclear morphologies from oblate to prolate ellipsoids. Large elongated cells with a structured actin cap exhibited high nuclear strain, driving nuclear envelope deformation and heterochromatin ...

The Strange Life and Death of the Fairness Doctrine: Tracing the Decline of Positive Freedoms in American Policy Discourse

open access: yesInternational Journal of Communication, 2018
The Fairness Doctrine, one of the most famous and controversial media policies ever enacted, suffered a final deathblow in August 2011 when the Federal Communications Commission permanently struck it from the books. However, the Doctrine continues to be

Ufmylation‐Deficient DDRGK1 Ameliorates Obesity by Inhibiting FASN‐Mediated Adipocyte Lipogenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
DDRGK1 regulates de novo lipogenesis via stabilization of fatty acid synthase (FASN). DDRGK1‐mediated UFMylation of FASN prevents its ubiquitin–proteasomal degradation. Reduced DDRGK1 expression or mutation at the key UFMylation site enhances FASN degradation and suppresses fatty acid synthesis (FAS), resulting in smaller adipocytes and improved ...

PROSPECTS OF CLOUDY TECHNOLOGIES IN THE SOLUTION OF THE TASK OF THE ANALYSIS OF LARGE VOLUMES OF THE DATA OBTAINED IN ASTRONOMICAL SUPERVISION

open access: yesOdessa Astronomical Publications, 2013
In modern astronomy the problem of the big data obtained during scientific experiments is very actual. One of the perspective approaches to the solution of the problem of processing of superlarge volumes of experimental data in real time is the use of ...

A Tac1‐Expressing Brainstem Pathway Underlies the Pathogenesis of Trigeminal Neuralgia

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A critical TG‐Sp5CTac1‐PBNTac1 pathway drives trigeminal neuropathic pain (TNP). Tac1‐expressing parabrachial nucleus (PBNTac1) neurons exhibit heightened responses to innocuous stimuli in TNP, and chemogenetic inhibition of these neurons effectively prevents TNP development.

Islet Amyloid Polypeptide Modelled to Simulate Diabetes Co‐Oligomerized with β‐Amyloid 1‐42 Reproducing the Pathological Cascade of Alzheimer's Disease in Human Cerebral Organoids

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Human islet amyloid polypeptide (hIAPP) was used to mimic T2DM, and Aβ42‐hIAPP co‐oligomers were delivered into the human mature cerebral organoids (COs), which reproduce typical AD pathology and significant neuronal death more closely resembling that of AD patients.

Sirt3 Genetically Engineered Apoptotic Bodies Alleviate Skeletal Aging by Limiting Aggravated NLRP3 Inflammasome Activation of Senescent Macrophages

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The senescence of macrophages leads to a decrease in the expression of Sirtuin3 (Sirt3), which in turn aggravates the NLRP3 inflammasome activation and IL‐1β secretion, thereby promoting the aging‐related osteoporosis. Sirt3‐enriched apoptotic bodies (ABs‐Sirt3) generated through genetic editing approaches can alleviate skeletal aging by targeting ...
