A comparative analysis of the ACLSV, ASPV, PNRSV, PPV frequency occurrence in the fruit crops plantations of RUE “Institute of Fruit-growing” for 2016–2020 period was carried out. ACLSV diagnostics (484 apple-tree samples, 129 pear samples) made it possible to establish that the virus is more common on the apple-tree (33.5 % of infected ...

A newly discovered tRNA 1 Asp gene (aspV) of Escherichia coli K12
Molecular Genetics and Genomics, 1987We report a new tRNA(1Asp) gene near the dnaQ gene, which is located at 5 min on the Escherichia coli linkage map. We named it aspV. The sequence corresponding to the mature tRNA is identical with that of the two previously identified tRNA(1Asp) genes (aspT and aspU), but there is no homology in the sequences of their 3'- and 5'-flanking regions.

The detection of ACLSV and ASPV in pear plants by RT-LAMP assays
Journal of Virological Methods, 2018A reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) assay was developed for the detection of Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV) and Apple stem pitting virus (ASPV), two important viruses frequently occurring in pear trees. A set of four RT-LAMP primers designed based on the highly conserved region of each CP gene of the two ...

Atlantic salmon paramyxovirus (ASPV) was isolated in 1995 from gills of farmed Atlantic salmon suffering from proliferative gill inflammation. The complete genome sequence of ASPV was determined, revealing a genome 16,968 nucleotides in length consisting of six non-overlapping genes coding for the nucleo- (N), phospho- (P), matrix- (M), fusion- (F ...

Abstract Cadmium in the presence of 0.04 M NaCl as the electrolyte was determined using stripping voltammetry with superimposed constant amplitude pulses of negative polarity (SVPNP) or positive polarity (SVPPP), and differential pulses stripping voltammetry using rotating disc glass carbon electrode (RDGCE).

Different accumulation of ACLSV, ASPV in the organs of apple and pear plants in different periods of vegetation through ELISA-method was determined. The largest ASPV accumulation was noted in lignified shoots in early April and flowers in early May, as well as the absence of the virus in apple and pear leaves in May. At the beginning of the
