Keyword Search on RDF Graphs - A Query Graph Assembly Approach [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the 2017 ACM on Conference on Information and Knowledge Management, 2017

Faucet: streaming de novo assembly graph construction [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
MotivationWe present Faucet, a 2-pass streaming algorithm for assembly graph construction. Faucet builds an assembly graph incrementally as each read is processed.

Research on Assembly Technology of Active Magnetic Bearing system Based on Graph Theory

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2018
Active magnetic bearing system is a typical geometric constraint system which is combined with each part by certain assembly constraint relations. Graph theory is used to build the assembly model in the progress of assembly design.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Research Method of Assembly Sequence Planning Based on Assembly Constraint Relationship Analysis

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2018
In order to effectively reduce the human-computer interaction (HCI) workload before the assembly process simulation in the digital assembly environment, and to enhance the intelligence of assembly sequence planning, we introduce the assembly constraint ...

Septin 9 PB domains coordinate centrosome positioning and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

Gene assembly through cyclic graph decomposition [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
We present in this paper a graph theoretical model of gene assembly, where (segments of) genes are distributed over a set of circular molecules. This model is motivated by the process of gene assembly in ciliates, but it is more general.

Finding the Key Structure of Mechanical Parts with Formal Concept Analysis

open access: yesInformation, 2020
Aiming at the problem that the assembly body model is difficult to classify and retrieve (large information redundancy and poor data consistency), an assembly body retrieval method oriented to key structures was presented.

Rab14 regulates the transport of human papillomavirus to the trans‐Golgi network for infectious cell entry

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

TIGRA: A targeted iterative graph routing assembler for breakpoint assembly [PDF]

open access: yesGenome Research, 2013
Recent progress in next-generation sequencing has greatly facilitated our study of genomic structural variation. Unlike single nucleotide variants and small indels, many structural variants have not been completely characterized at nucleotide resolution.
