A Biomimetic Breast Tumor‐On‐Chip Platform Reveals Mesenchymal Marker Upregulation Following Gold Nanorod Photothermal Therapy

A biomimetic microfluidic tumor‐on‐chip platform was designed to uncover subtype‐dependent responses to nanoparticle‐mediated photothermal therapy in breast cancer spheroids. The platform establishes a physiologically relevant and controllable 3D system for precision evaluation of nanophotothermal cancer therapies.
