Submission to CAC

open access: yesCommunications, 2004
Asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) is the base for future telecommunication network. The greatly variable requirements for different applications, especially in video and data traffic, make high demands on the development of traffic control in ATM networks.

Solving ATM Locating Problem Using Fuzzy Multi-Objective programming [PDF]

open access: yesMuṭāli̒āt-i Mudīriyyat-i Ṣan̒atī, 2017
This paper focused on locating ATMs problem. At first, this paper aims to identify effective factors in selecting ATMs appropriate locations. After selecting potential locations, optimal locations are determined through mathematical modeling.

Improving PARP inhibitor efficacy in bladder cancer without genetic BRCAness by combination with PLX51107

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers. We propose SLFN5, SLFN11, and OAS1 as UC‐specific response predictors. We suggest Talazoparib as the better PARP inhibitor for UC than Olaparib.

Minimum-risk path planning based on hazardous weather uncertainty

open access: yes工程科学学报
Hazardous weather, such as thunderstorms, icing, and turbulence, is one of the main causes of flight accidents. To avoid possible risks caused by temporary diversion of hazardous weather during flight, numerical and probabilistic forecasting are employed

Customer satisfaction under heterogeneous services of different self-service technologies

open access: yesManagement şi Marketing, 2019
This study aims to evaluate the customer satisfaction of different self-service technologies (SST) when different SSTs provide various services. This study compares overall customer satisfaction according to the four types of SSTs (Mobile Channel SST ...

Cytoplasmic p21 promotes stemness of colon cancer cells via activation of the NFκB pathway

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytoplasmic p21 promotes colorectal cancer stem cell (CSC) features by destabilizing the NFκB–IκB complex, activating NFκB signaling, and upregulating BCL‐xL and COX2. In contrast to nuclear p21, cytoplasmic p21 enhances spheroid formation and stemness transcription factor CD133.

Class IIa HDACs forced degradation allows resensitization of oxaliplatin‐resistant FBXW7‐mutated colorectal cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
HDAC4 is degraded by the E3 ligase FBXW7. In colorectal cancer, FBXW7 mutations prevent HDAC4 degradation, leading to oxaliplatin resistance. Forced degradation of HDAC4 using a PROTAC compound restores drug sensitivity by resetting the super‐enhancer landscape, reprogramming the epigenetic state of FBXW7‐mutated cells to resemble oxaliplatin ...

Exome sequencing identifies nonsegregating nonsense ATM and PALB2 variants in familial pancreatic cancer. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We sequenced 11 germline exomes from five families with familial pancreatic cancer (FPC). One proband had a germline nonsense variant in ATM with somatic loss of the variant allele. Another proband had a nonsense variant in PALB2 with somatic loss of the
