In this work, we reveal how different enzyme binding configurations influence the fluorescence decay of NAD(P)H in live cells using time‐resolved anisotropy imaging and fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM). Mathematical modelling shows that the redox states of the NAD and NADP pools govern these configurations, shaping their fluorescence ...

Probing the surface magnetic field structure in RX J1856.5-3754
The evolution of magnetic field in isolated neutron stars is one of the most important ingredients in the attempt to build a unified description of these objects. A prediction of field evolution models is the existence of an equilibrium configuration, in

Neutrophil deficiency increases T cell numbers at the site of tissue injury in mice
In wild‐type mice, injury or acute inflammation induces neutrophil influx followed by macrophage accumulation. Mcl1ΔMyelo (neutrophil‐deficient) mice lack neutrophils, and in response to muscle injury show fewer macrophages and exhibit strikingly elevated T‐cell numbers, primarily non‐conventional “double‐negative” (DN) αβ and γδ T cells.

Role of Higher Education Institution in Spatial Polarization of Youth [PDF]
The expansion of applicants’ opportunities for choosing a university, unfortunately, did not completely eliminate the spatial factor in the process of selecting an educational institution.

Chaotic characteristics and attractor evolution of friction noise during friction process
Friction experiments are conducted on a ring-on-disk tribometer, and friction noise produced during the friction process is extracted by a microphone.

Maximal Lyapunov exponent at Crises
We study the variation of Lyapunov exponents of simple dynamical systems near attractor-widening and attractor-merging crises. The largest Lyapunov exponent has universal behaviour, showing abrupt variation as a function of the control parameter as the ...

Cell‐free DNA aneuploidy score as a dynamic early response marker in prostate cancer
mFast‐SeqS‐based genome‐wide aneuploidy scores are concordant with aneuploidy scores obtained by whole genome sequencing from tumor tissue and can predict response to ARSI treatment at baseline and, at an early time point, to ARSI and taxanes. This assay can be easily performed at low cost and requires little input of cfDNA. Cell‐free circulating tumor

On Attractor Flow and Small Black Holes
We study the attractor flow and near horizon geometry of two-charge small black holes in heterotic string theory. The Hessian of Sen's entropy function with respect to the moduli fields has standard attractor properties and shows the interesting ...
