Generating Code Using Attributes

1989
In a system to support interactive program development, testing, and debugging, it is desirable to provide the ability to initiate execution at any time and have the program begin executing immediately, with no delay for compilation. Such a system should maintain the program in executable form at all times and update the program’s object code in ...

Attributive Uses of Prosentences

Ratio, 2003
Defenders of the prosentential theory of truth claim that the English language contains prosentences which function analogously to their better known cousins – pronouns. Statements such as ‘That is true’ or ‘It is true’, they claim, inherit their content from antecedent statements, just as pronouns inherit their reference from antecedent singular terms.

Self-Attributed Consequences of Cocaine Use

International Journal of the Addictions, 1993
This study examines self-attributed consequences of cocaine use in a nonclinical sample of 1,270 young adults. A social learning perspective was used to examine the ability of motivational dimensions of use, as well as use patterns, to predict negative consequences of use.

Attribute selection on student performance dataset using maximum dependency attribute

2017 5th International Conference on Electrical, Electronics and Information Engineering (ICEEIE), 2017
As a higher education institution, knowing which GPA of the semester has the most determinant to affecting the academic performance of students is important yet challenging. Therefore, this paper deliberates the usage of rough set theory based Maximum Dependency Attributes (MDA). The dataset is taken from the Directorate of Information Systems (SISFO),

Decision table decomposition using core attributes partition for attribute reduction

2010 5th International Conference on Computer Science & Education, 2010
The attribute reduction algorithms of decision table based on discernability matrix are required to construct discernability matrix, which reduces efficiency of algorithms. In this paper, a decision table decomposition model is proposed to solve the attribute reduction problem based on discernibility matrix for large decision table.

Using Probabilistic Attribute Aggregation for Increasing Trust in Attribute Assurance

2019 IEEE Symposium Series on Computational Intelligence (SSCI), 2019
Identity management is an essential cornerstone of securing online services. Service provisioning relies on correct and valid attributes of a digital identity. Therefore, the identity provider is a trusted third party with a specific trust requirement towards a verified attribute supply.

Authorship Attribution Using Regression Model

2020
Authorship attribution has many important applications like text forensics. This paper proposes a new method for authorship attribution based on regression model coefficients derived from frequencies of common words in a text. The results of the proposed authorship attribution method compare favorably with that of the well-known Burrows method.
