Sympathetic nerve innervation promotes the progression of Epstein‐Barr virus‐positive diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (EBV+ DLBCL) via β2‐adrenergic receptors. The discovery of enhanced nerve infiltration and β2AR expression reveals a novel mechanism and highlights the sympathetic–β2AR axis as a promising target for therapeutic intervention in EBV+ DLBCL.

Genetics‐Based Targeting Strategies for Precise Neuromodulation
In this Review, the fundamental principles and implementation protocols of genetics‐based precision neuromodulation are first introduced. Then, wireless and low‐invasive strategies based on nano‐transducing materials are highlighted, along with a dissection and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of representative studies.

Feedback-Driven Dynamical Model for Axonal Extension on Parallel Micropatterns [PDF]
Despite significant advances in understanding neuronal development, a fully quantitative framework that integrates intracellular mechanisms with environmental cues during axonal growth remains incomplete. Here, we present a unified biophysical model that captures key mechanochemical processes governing axonal extension on micropatterned substrates.

Overview of the regulation of intrinsic and extrinsic signals during neurodevelopment. Intrinsic genetic signals from NSCs, in conjunction with cues from microglia and blood vessels, collaboratively regulate the proliferation of NSCs, their fate determination, synaptogenesis, synaptic pruning, neuronal survival, and death, as well as communication ...

The Semaphorin 3E (Sema3E)‐Plexin‐D1 pathway mediated by C/EBPα and C/EBPβ downstream of the luteinizing hormone (LH) surge plays important roles in the mouse preovulatory ovary. Timely activation and suppression of this pathway during the preovulatory stage are crucial for ovulation, corpus luteum formation, and proper angiogenesis.
