ABSTRACT Targeted radioligand therapy has emerged as a promising treatment option for eradicating advanced cancer forms. α‐Emitters are considered particularly promising as they can obliterate (micro)‐metastases. The α‐emitter astatine‐211 (211At) has experienced increased interest due to its favorable decay properties.

ABSTRACT Solute carrier transporters (SLCs) are integral membrane proteins that play pivotal roles in maintaining cellular homeostasis by mediating the transport of a diverse range of substrates across cell membranes. With their involvement in fundamental physiological processes such as nutrient uptake, neurotransmitter signaling, and drug transport ...

Exosome‐Based Cartilage‐Targeted Delivery System: Strategies and Applications
Construction strategies and applications of cartilage‐targeting exosomes. With the ageing of the global population, cartilage‐related diseases, such as osteoarthritis (OA) and intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD), have increasingly become significant social problems threatening human health. Therefore, targeted therapy for cartilage is becoming more

DNA origami offers a precise platform for peptide functionalization, but its negatively charged scaffold causes severe non‐specific adsorption of cationic peptides. This study systematically quantifies this electrostatic artifact and introduces a charge‐tailored polyethylene glycol (PEG) purification workflow that restores stoichiometric control.
