Preparation of Thermally and Photochemically Immobilized N‐type Conjugated Polymer Films via Quantitative Backbone Editing

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
A postpolymerization modification (PPM) of n‐type conjugated polymers by nucleophilic aromatic substitution is reported, enabling precise tuning of solubility, ordering, and stability. The method allows the facile introduction of azide groups, which can undergo UV‐ or thermally induced crosslinking, to afford stable, insoluble films with retained ...

Fast and Autonomous Mannosylated Nanomotors for Dynamic Cancer Cell Targeting

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
An enzyme‐loaded nanomotor decorated with mannose polymers shows a synergistic effect with respect to cell targeting. The mannose units interact with mannose receptors (MRs) on the cell surface, whereas the presence of the glycopolymer on the motor surface also leads to a more effective motile behavior in cell medium. Abstract An attractive strategy in

Structural Basis for the Catalytic Mechanism of ATP‐Dependent Diazotase CmaA6

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Several diazotases have been reported in recent years, but the detailed catalytic mechanism is unclear. From X‐ray crystallography and Cryo‐EM analysis, we obtained the structure of a diazotase CmaA6, which synthesizes 3‐diazocoumaric acid. Kinetic analysis and computational analysis indicated that CmaA6 catalyzes diazotization via an unprecedented ...

Catch, Cut, or Block? Versatile 4‐N‐Derivatized Sialyl Glycosides for Influenza Virus Neuraminidase Detection and Purification

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Sialyl glycosides containing 4‐N‐derivatized sialic acids synthesized by a highly efficient one‐pot two‐enzyme (OP2E) chemoenzymatic sialylation strategy have been shown to be versatile probes. They can resist sialidase cleavage, be selective substrates by influenza sialidases, or be nanomolar substrate analog‐based inhibitors and affinity ligands ...
