Preparation and properties of AZO/Ag/AZO thin films on PMMA substrates
AZO/Ag/AZO transparent conductive films were prepared on PMMA substrate by DC magnetron sputtering at low temperature (70 ℃). The effect of AZO sputtering power on the structure and properties of AZO/Ag/AZO thin films were investigated.

Front Transparent Passivation of CIGS-Based Solar Cells via AZO
We report a novel strategy for the front passivation of solar cells via aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) films in the case of CIGS solar cells, leading to the highest efficiency of 15.07% without alkali metal post treatment and anti−reflective layer.

Effect of Substituents of Azo Components on Azo Coupling Reaction
