Pixelated Laser with Tailored Emission Spectrum Photopatterned by Digital Holographic Microscopy
Advanced Optical Materials, Volume 14, Issue 17, 8 May 2026.Azobenzene‐based surface‐relief gratings inscribed via DHM‐integrated holographic lithography enable programmable pixelated DFB laser architectures. This approach allows independent control of grating parameters across a 2D array, enabling spatially tailored emission spectra.
