Molecular cloning of α-amylase gene from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and its expression in B. subtilis

Gene, 1982
The gene coding for alpha-amylase from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens was isolated by direct shotgun cloning using B. subtilis as a host. The genome of B. amyloliquefaciens was partially digested with the restriction endonuclease MboI and 2- to 5-kb fragments were isolated and joined to plasmid pUB110. Competent B.

Influence of Bioaugmentation of Bacillus subtilis, B. amyloliquefaciens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa on the Efficiency of Food Waste Composting

Микробиология
The use of inoculum containing autochthonous compost microorganisms Bacillus subtilis, B. amyloliquefaciens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa allowed to enhance biodegradation of food waste during composting. The survival of the introduced microorganisms was verified by classical microbiological and molecular biological methods.

[EFFICIENCY OF INTRODUCING CAROTENE PRODUCING STRAINS BACILLUS SP. 1.1 AND B. AMYLOLIQUEFACIENS UCM B-5113 INTO THE CHIKENS DIET].

Mikrobiolohichnyi zhurnal (Kiev, Ukraine : 1993), 2015
It was shown the efficiency of carotene producing strains Bacillus sp. 1.1 and B. amyloliquefaciens UCM B-5113 in the diet of chickens. Also it was detected the lowering of the quantitative content of bacterial genera Enterococcus, Staphylococcus, family Enterobacteriaceae in the gut after eating by chickens cross "H&N Brown Nick" fodder with strains ...

The expression profile of secondary metabolites in biofilms of B. amyloliquefaciens CECT 8237 biocontrol strain

2017
The contribution of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CECT 8237 (UMAF6639) strain to the plant protection against bacterial and fungal pathogens is mainly based on: i) the production of antimicrobial compounds, ii) the plant-growth promotion capability and iii) the induction of systemic resistance in plant host. In previous works, we demonstrated the relevant
