B7-H3 is spliced by SRSF3 in colorectal cancer

Cancer Immunology, Immunotherapy, 2020
B7-H3, an important co-inhibitor, is abnormally highly expressed in a variety of malignancies. The antibodies targeting B7-H3 have exhibited beneficial therapeutic effects in clinical trials. Therefore, discovery of the regulatory factors in B7-H3 expression may provide new strategies for tumor therapy.

B7-H3 targeted antibody-based immunotherapy of malignant diseases

Expert Opinion on Biological Therapy, 2020
Introduction: Recent advances in immuno-oncology and bioengineering have rekindled the interest in monoclonal antibody (mAb)-based immunotherapies for malignancies. Crucial for their success is the identification of tumor antigens (TAs) that can serve as targets. B7-H3, a member of the B7 ligand family, represents such a TA.

B7-H3: A promising therapeutic target for autoimmune diseases

Cellular Immunology, 2020
B7-H3 as a newly identified costimulatory molecule that belongs to B7 ligand family, is broadly expressed in both lymphoid and non-lymphoid tissues. The overexpression of B7-H3 has been verified to be correlated with the poor prognosis and poor clinical outcome of several human cancers.

Genome-wide identification and evolutionary analysis of B7-H3

International Journal of Data Mining and Bioinformatics, 2012
B7-H3 is an immune co-stimulatory molecule of the B7 family that contains a set of immunoglobulin-V (IgV) and immunoglobulin-C (IgC) domains. To explore the evolutionary process of B7-H3 gene, we conducted a genome-wide structure and phylogenetic analysis of B7-H3 genes in currently sequenced genomes. On the basis of the available data, 17 mammalian B7-

[Expression and clinical significance of costimulatory molecule B7-H3 mRNA and B7-H3 protein in gastric carcinoma].

Zhonghua wei chang wai ke za zhi = Chinese journal of gastrointestinal surgery, 2010
To study the expression of B7-H3 mRNA and B7-H3 protein in gastric carcinoma and their clinical significance. The expression of B7-H3 mRNA and B7-H3 protein in gastric carcinoma and the nearby normal tissue of 38 patients was detected by real-time RT-PCR and immunohistochemical assay respectively.B7-H3 mRNA was expressed both in gastric carcinoma and ...
