Numerical simulation of back contact-back junction solar cells with emitter double contact

2015 Fotonica AEIT Italian Conference on Photonics Technologies, 2015
This work presents a simulation study of Back Contact-Back Junction solar cells (BC-BJ) with emitter double contact. We report that the addition of a second contact line can significantly improve the efficiency of this kind of solar cells for long emitters.

Efficiency of Back Contact-Back Junction Solar Cells with Variable Contact in the Emitter

2018
As renewable energy becomes more sustainable and more viable than it has ever been, more and more countries are turning ‘green’ and reverting to sustainable ways. We have carried out the study of a cell Back Contact - Back Junction (BC-BJ) solar cell with an alone contact in the issuer who has as efficiency of 22.027%.

Back-Gated Point Contact

Japanese Journal of Applied Physics, 2000
In this study, we fabricated split gates on a back-gated undoped heterostructure to perform transport measurements on a quantum point contact (QPC). Using this back-gated QPC system, we obtained clear quantized conductance plateaus over a wide range of electron densities (1.2×1015 m-2 to 3.3×1015 m-2) without being affected by imperfections.

Inspection of Back Surface Aspheric Contact Lenses

Optometry and Vision Science, 1979
Abstract Two methods of clinically inspecting and verifying rigid back surface aspheric contact lenses were investigated. A modification of the Radiuscope was found to be an accurate method for making such measurements. Measurement data of a number of aspheric lenses obtained by using this procedure are presented.

Dye‐Sensitized Back‐Contact Solar Cells

Advanced Materials, 2010
sensitized solar cells (DSCs), [ 2 ] are based on low-cost materials and can be fabricated by means of simple printing techniques. Two transparent fl uorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) coated glass substrates are conventionally used as collecting electrodes to extract photogenerated charge carriers from the dye-sensitized junction.
