In this study, we fabricated split gates on a back-gated undoped heterostructure to perform transport measurements on a quantum point contact (QPC). Using this back-gated QPC system, we obtained clear quantized conductance plateaus over a wide range of electron densities (1.2×1015 m-2 to 3.3×1015 m-2) without being affected by imperfections.

Dye‐Sensitized Back‐Contact Solar Cells

Numerical simulation of back contact-back junction solar cells with emitter double contact
2015 Fotonica AEIT Italian Conference on Photonics Technologies, 2015This work presents a simulation study of Back Contact-Back Junction solar cells (BC-BJ) with emitter double contact. We report that the addition of a second contact line can significantly improve the efficiency of this kind of solar cells for long emitters.

Etch-back simplifies interdigitated back contact solar cells
2014 IEEE 40th Photovoltaic Specialist Conference (PVSC), 2014The process of making Interdigitated Back Contact (IBC) solar cell is implemented by a novel simplified etch-back technique, while aiming for no compromise on high-efficiency potentials. Simplified etch-back creates localized heavy and light phosphorus and boron diffusions simultaneously.
