Bacterial Expression of Gene‐Encoding DNA Origami Structures
Bacterial targeting via programmable DNA origami, varying in rigidity and compactness is unexplored. In transformation assays, origami reduces transformation efficiency compared to single‐stranded scaffolds. Structural features and surface modifications, however, improve transformation outcomes.

This study analyzed gut microbiota in older adults with and without Frailty Syndrome by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and metagenomics. Frailty was associated with altered microbial composition, metabolic functions, and increased antimicrobial resistance, whereas non‐frail individuals showed healthier profiles.

IgH repertoire sequencing of a large atopic dermatitis cohort reveal reduced IgE somatic hypermutation and increased IgE diversity associated with food allergen sensitization. Presence of a dog during the first year of life is associated with increased IgE somatic hypermutation, possibly countering the effect of food sensitization.
