Longer Asthma Duration Is Associated With Elevated Non‐T2 Sputum Biomarkers and Reduced T2 Inflammation in Severe Asthma

Longer asthma duration is associated with increased airway non‐T2 inflammation and reduced airway and systemic T2 inflammation. Sputum CXCL9 is independently associated with duration and may predict a reduced poor response to anti‐IL‐4Rα therapy. Elucidating the Pro‐Tumor Role of LncRNA CROCCP2 in Glioma via the miR‐5584‐5p/HOXD11/Autophagy Pathway

The lncRNA CROCCP2 upregulates HOXD11 by competitively adsorbing miR‐5584‐5p, thereby promoting glioma cell proliferation, migration, and invasion by inhibiting autophagy. It significantly enhances tumor growth in vivo, suggesting it may be a potential therapeutic target for gliomas.
