Enhanced Bandgap Flexibility in Perovskite‐Silicon Tandem Solar Cells via Three‐Terminal Architecture

Three‐terminal (3T) perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells overcome the current‐matching constraints of 2T designs. Using an IBC POLO silicon bottom cell, we demonstrate a 30.1% PCE, with performance largely decoupled from perovskite bandgap and enhanced resilience under realistic, time‐dependent solar spectra.

The ITGB2‐COPS3‐SOX2 Axis and SOX2 Liquid‐Liquid Phase Separation: Dual Mechanisms Governing Osteosarcoma Stemness

Osteosarcoma stemness is driven by the ITGB2‐COPS3‐SOX2 signaling axis. In Vivo CRISPR Screening Identifies the Glutamate Receptor GRIA2 as Promoting Peritoneal Metastasis of Gastric Cancer via Calcium‐Dependent β‐Catenin Activation

We identified GRIA2 as a critical driver of gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis through in vivo CRISPR screening. Mechanistically, GRIA2‐mediated calcium influx inhibits GSK3β and activates Wnt/β‐catenin signaling, driven by glutamate from cancer‐associated fibroblasts.
