Missing the Mark: Native American Student Involvement in Leadership Development Experiences

ABSTRACT Using data drawn from the Multi‐Institutional Study of Leadership (MSL), the authors found that Native American college students’ participation in leadership development experiences was low. Those who participated in leadership development experiences most often did so in short‐term, often one‐off experiences.
