BaTiO3 as a Biased Paraelectric
Japanese Journal of Applied Physics, 1985With the assumption that the ferroelectric tetragonal phase of BaTiO3 can be treated as a biased cubic phase, we have found the temperature dependence of the electrooptic coefficient and the electrostrictive coefficient.

Interface control in BaTiO 3 based supercapacitors
SPIE Proceedings, 2010Core shell BaTiO 3 based particles sintered using advanced processes provide a high control of grain boundaries in bulk composites. As a result, supercapacitor behavior was evidenced which came from the balance between inner grain conductivity and grain boundary dielectric barrier.

Nanotwins in BaTiO3nanocrystals
Philosophical Magazine A, 1998Abstract BaTiO3 nanocrystals, in which the coexistence of the high-temperature hexagonal phase with the cubic—tetragonal phase at room temperature was suggested in a previous study, have been investigated using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy.

Beam modulated fanning in a crystal BaTiO 3
SPIE Proceedings, 2011Communication systems require devices that allow rapid distribution of signals to multiple users. We presented a proposal for a demultiplexer based on the fanning effect. Beam fanning is a process similar to two-beam coupling, except in this case, in where only one beam is incident on the material and its energy is transferred into scattered light ...

Nonstoichiometry in Undoped BaTiO 3
Journal of the American Ceramic Society, 1981Equilibrium electrical conductivity data for large‐grained, poly crystalline, undoped BaTiO 3 , as a function of temperature, 750° to 1000°C, and oxygen partial pressure, 10 −20 < P O2 < ...

Composites Part A: Applied Science and Manufacturing, 2016
Abstract In this work, the effects of controlled nanoparticles aggregations of barium titanate (BaTiO 3 ) on the dielectric properties of epoxy nanocomposites are investigated in detail with respect to different experimental parameters like frequency, ceramic content and temperature. Dispersing silanized BaTiO 3 nanopowder under ultrasonic and stir,

Ferroelectrics, 1994
Abstract Epitaxial crystals of BaTiO3 have been grown by activated reactive evaporation. The ultra-thin crystal less than 100A thickness shows an elongation along the c-direction. The ferroelectric phase transition of the thin films is discussed in terms of the epitaxial effect and the surface layer.

Phase Conjugation In BaTiO 3 At 830 Nanometers
SPIE Proceedings, 1990We have demonstrated self-pumped phase conjugation of semiconductor lasers at 830 nanometers in barium titanate using a self-contained geometry. The reflectivities and response times of this geometry are compared to those reported for self-pumped ring passive phase conjugate mirrors.

Optimal BaTiO3 BaTiO3 Cluster Formation for High Performance Piezoelectric Nanogenerators
ECS Meeting Abstracts, 2014Several piezoelectric materials, including ZnO, BaTiO3, and PZT, have been widely investigated to develop high performance piezoelectric nanogenerators (NGs).1-3 In particular, the NGs based on BaTiO3 (BTO) nanoparticles (NPs) are of interest due to their excelling piezoelectric properties and environmentally safe nature.
